Opportunities for FSU undergraduates to gain hands-on research experience in integrative biology.
Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP)
Freshman and sophomore undergraduates can launch into research by joining the lab through FSU's UROP program. Watch for Lemmon Lab project opportunities on the UROP website when the program opens each September.
Directed Independent Study (DIS)
Sophomore, junior, and senior students can pursue independent research in the lab through a DIS internship for course credit. Contact Dr. Lemmon several months before the DIS registration deadline to discuss possible project ideas.
Honors in the Major Program (HITM)
Juniors and seniors with a strong academic record can complete an honors thesis through the Honors in the Major program. Contact Dr. Lemmon to discuss a potential thesis project.
